Before you ask for Store support.... we'd like to answer a few common questions:

  1. I need game support, where do I look?
    A: Please visit the GPGnet Support Page. Find the title of the game and follow the appropriate link.

  2. What forms of payment are accepted?
    A: The Gas Powered Store accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Debit cards, issued by your bank, bearing the Visa or Mastercard logos are also accepted.

  3. Conditions of using debit cards at the Gas Powered Store.
    A: If you pay for your order with a debit card, your bank will place a hold on the funds in your account at the time your order is placed. The funds will not be withdrawn from your account by GPG until we have verified and completed processing your order.

  4. Your international shipping is very expensive via UPS. Do you offer another service?
    A: Yes. The Gas Powered Store now has expanded shipping options for our international customers, including lower shipping costs via U.S. Postal Service. Please be aware that when shipping to addresses outside of the United States, all shipping company brokerage fees and government assessed customs, duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. Thanks for your continued support.

  5. What do I do if my product arrives in damaged condition?
    A: As with any shipped goods, you must alert the shipping service, or their delivery person, immediately if your items arrive in a less than satisfactory state. Once that is done, we ask that you contact us and provide details of the damaged goods so that we can better serve you.

  6. I'm having trouble checking out and completing my transaction. What guidelines should I be aware of?
    A: Review all of the required fields to ensure that you have entered complete and accurate information, including your billing address. If you're still unable to complete your transaction, please e-mail us using the support contact form.

  7. I get an error stating my credit card cannot be verified.
    A: Bank verification of your credit card (and completion of your order) may be dependent upon the billing address entered into your order form matching the billing address that is on record with your credit card company.

  8. If Supreme Commander is offered on download services such as "Direct2Drive", why can't I get it?
    A: Currently, Direct2Drive is only able to offer Supreme Commander to customers within the United States. Our publisher, THQ, is working with similar services in Europe to establish on-demand download purchasing in those territories. When such services become available, we will post a note about it on the main Gas Powered Games Web site. In the meantime, the game is available via traditional retailers.

  9. Am I just really dim or do you not actually sell your own games at your store?
    A: Because our games are available in finer retailer stores everywhere, we're currently focusing on selling exclusive merchandise through the Gas Powered Store. These are products you won't find anywhere else, like Supreme Commander posters and Dungeon Siege posters, comics and limited-edition laser cel artwork. We're going to be adding new items in the future, so be sure to sign up for our newsletter so you're the first to know when new products are available.
